My Ravelry Queue is 100 km long

And it’s getting longer! I do start some projects, somtimes I even get close to finishing. Then I get a beautiful new yarn and I want to drop that and move onto the next thing.

I’ve finished Sandy’s Reach for the Stars jumper. Wait, did I say finished? Hah, I still need to sew it together. That’s my least favourite bit. When I went to see my mum last week she did darn in all the rocket ends! Which has saved me some time, but I’m still not looking forward to doing that.

There’s also two pairs of socks on the go. Pair A and pair B. I’m half way through the second sock of pair A, only 20 rows before I shape the toes! The other one I’ve only made the one sock. I’ve also got loads of other sock yarns to use! And while I love socks they sometimes seem daunting, I want to do one of my lacey patterns from the queue next. But I also have the overwhelming desire to make it into a shawl, scarf type thing. These socks from an issue of Knit Now jumps out to me. And these jaywalker socks are a must too! These are funky two, where they use two yarns but not striped!

And I got several balls of colourful acrylics to make another jumper for Sandy! But they’re self striping and I can’t seem to find a pattern that works in the round which is annoying.

Otherwise, I’ve not finished anything yet. And my queue is 9 pages long!

What about other people? Does anyone else have this problem?
